Theory that Thargoids may possess an unknown method to enter permit-locked systems similar to how certain NPCs (Salomé, Luko) can access restricted regions.
Don't be so sure. They may have their own sort of "Salomé and Luko" who can magically enter locked systems and regions. Well...why not ?
